Kerem Ayhan

Hello all- I am a class of 2023 student-athlete participating in Track and Field at Lehigh and studying Architecture and Applied Mathematics. I’m originally from Turkiye but I reside in New Jersey where I went to private school at Blair Academy. Blair established a scope for me that dove into the realm of art and photography through courses including Graphic Design, Meaning and Media, Digital Photo, and AP Photo. I spent most of my time in those design courses focusing on the art of photoshop and creating visually-compelling overlay images through experimenting with multiple layers on a two-dimensional plane. I also spent a substantial amount of time pursuing my passion for photography from developing film all the way up to creating a portfolio for AP. With this opportunity, I focused on the juxtaposition of still objects and water in motion. I am very passionate about creating my own definition of design and I believe taking this course will allow me to further my potential in fulfilling my ultimate goal of working in the Architecture field.
