This is what I have thus far for the texture project. Any feedback, including which one of these if the strongest, would be greatly appreciate. And yes, I can’t seem to get rid of DF Allen, whoever he is.
Love the color and contrast in the top three. I’m torn between 2 and 3 but I would like to see the text integrate less literally. Maybe try inverting or flipping the type to have it function less legibly as a graphic element. For #2 maybe decrease the scale and opacity and bury it in the other elements. For #3 maybe try to let the type bleed off the page with a crop rather than floating it like a title title.
